Canape or buffet?
For 50 to 100 guests, canape and passed-around bites work beautifully. Above 120 guests, a small buffet with two live counters is easier to manage and lets guests eat more comfortably.

Mini paneer tikka skewers, dahi puri shots, chaat spoons, mini vada pav, mini samosa chaat, cucumber pani puri, mini brownies, kulfi shots, gulab jamun sliders.
Service flow
Serve canapes during the first 60 to 90 minutes, then transition to buffet or a plated main course. Close with dessert and coffee for a polished end.
