What a Bikanervala live chaat counter includes
Every live chaat counter package includes a uniformed chef, branded chaat trolley or station setup, all ingredients and chutneys prepped fresh the same day, disposable serving cups and plates, and 2-3 hours of live service. Standard menu covers pani puri (with 3 flavoured waters), bhel puri, sev puri, dahi puri, papdi chaat and aloo tikki chaat. Ragda pattice, dahi bhalla and Delhi-style chole tikki can be added on request. Everything is 100% pure vegetarian, and Jain or no onion-garlic versions are available.

Indicative pricing per counter: live chaat counter from AED 1,500 (50 guests) to AED 6,000 (500+ guests); live pav bhaji or chole bhature from AED 1,800; live dosa or tandoor from AED 2,200; live jalebi and rabri from AED 1,500.
